Yes, as an add-on. Storeveu includes an online storefront, order management and delivery platform connections so a store can sell online with the same catalog and inventory it uses at the register.

Most stores are live in 1 to 3 weeks. The bulk of that is importing your catalog and customer list and confirming your tax, deposit and lottery settings. The register itself can be set up in an afternoon.

Yes. The team imports your product catalog and customer list from systems like Square, Clover, Lightspeed and Heartland, usually as an overnight job. Historical sales can also be imported so your analytics start with real history rather than a blank slate.

The register is built to be learned in a shift. It is offline first, touch friendly, and the checkout, scanning and tender flow follow the patterns cashiers already know, so most stores train a cashier in a day.

Storeveu runs on standard Windows PCs with common receipt printers and cash drawers, so you can bring hardware you already own. For payments it works with PAX and Dejavoo terminals. You can also buy the dual screen terminal from us if you want a turnkey setup.

Storeveu integrates directly with PAX and Dejavoo terminals over the POSLINK protocol, with transparent interchange plus processing on one bill. If you prefer to keep your own processor, that is available as a paid add-on.

Yes. EBT Food is handled at tender, with eligibility resolved per item, and EBT Cash is supported where a department is configured for it. The register keeps the food and cash portions of a basket separate so the right total goes to each.

Yes. Weighed grocery items are supported through the grocery scale add-on, so deli, produce and bulk items ring by weight at the register.

Yes, and it is included on every plan at no extra charge. It handles scratch ticket inventory, box activation, cashier shift scanning, variance and commission reporting, and draw game sales. Commission rates and settlement rules are set per state and inherited by every store in that state.

Deposits are applied automatically as their own non taxable line based on your state rules, including two tier states where wine and spirits carry a higher deposit. Refunds are paid back through a bottle redemption screen that counts containers and totals the refund so the drawer reconciles.

Yes. Alcohol and tobacco prompt for date of birth at the register based on your state age limits, and the scan data module keeps the tobacco reporting trail that manufacturer programs expect.

Yes. Multiple locations run from one back office, each with its own pricing and inventory, and a multi store dashboard rolls performance up across them. Each store is its own subscription, so you can put one store on Starter with the add-ons it needs and another on Pro.

Yes. There is a five tier role hierarchy (cashier, manager, owner, admin, superadmin) plus custom roles, so you decide which modules and actions each role reaches. Access is enforced across the back office and the register.

Yes. Cashiers clock in and out at the register, and the back office has scheduling, availability and coverage tools plus employee reports built on those clock events.

You do. Every record is scoped to your organization and store, access is gated by role, and one tenant can never see another tenant’s data. You can export your data, and reports are available as exports.

Yes, included on every plan. Storeveu has an in app AI assistant that answers questions about your store and the platform in chat and by voice, plus an optional inbound phone agent. It answers from a knowledge base that is kept in step with the product.

Support is available by phone and email, and the in app assistant handles many questions directly. There is no phone tree to a call center, you reach the team that runs the platform.
