Do cashiers see games from other states?
No. Global games are tagged to a state, and each store only sees the games for the state set in its lottery settings.
Can a cashier override a ticket price?
Never. The price is locked to the game’s ticket price, cashiers only choose quantity.
What happens at end of shift?
If scan-at-shift-end is on, the cashier scans every active book’s end ticket before closing, and Storeveu reconciles sold-vs-rung-up automatically.
