One catalog, every store, always in sync
Multi-UPC, multi-pack-size products with deposit and tax rules baked in. Edit a price anywhere, back office or register, and it lands in the same row.

Built for how stores actually run it.
Multi-UPC & pack sizes
Sell the single, the 6-pack and the case from one product. Case-break pricing stays linked; stock decrements the right count.
Tax & deposit rules
Configurable tax classes and state bottle-deposit rules attach to products and apply automatically at checkout.
Real-time sync
Back office is the source of truth; the cashier cache pulls deltas every 30 seconds and on reconnect, no double entry.
Promotions engine
BOGO, volume, mix-and-match and combo deals with date windows. Lowest effective price always wins, per line.
Per-store overrides
Org-level master catalog with store-level price and stock overrides for multi-location operators.
Bulk import & OCR
CSV/Excel import with column mapping plus AI invoice scanning to build the catalog without typing.

Good to know
How do prices stay consistent across registers and the website?
Every write, portal or register, hits the same product row in Postgres. The cashier app and storefront are derived caches that re-sync on a short interval, so there is a single source of truth.
Can one product have multiple barcodes?
Yes. Products support unlimited UPCs and selectable pack sizes, so a manufacturer barcode, a case barcode and a store label all ring the same item.
How are promotions resolved when several overlap?
The engine evaluates every active promo per line and applies the one that gives the customer the lowest price, no manual priority ordering.
Common questions about Storeveu
How much does Storeveu cost?
Plans start at $39/mo (Starter) and $129/mo (Pro) per store, billed month-to-month with no contract or early-termination fee. Most modules are add-ons you turn on per store, see the pricing page for the full list.
Does Storeveu work offline?
Yes. The register is offline-first, it keeps ringing sales with no internet and syncs automatically the moment the connection returns, so a dropped router never stops checkout.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Storeveu is month-to-month per store with no long-term contract and no early-termination fee, change tiers or cancel a store anytime.
Do I need special hardware?
No. Storeveu runs on standard Windows PCs with common receipt printers, cash drawers and PAX/Dejavoo terminals, bring your own, or buy the E15W dual-screen terminal.
How long does it take to switch from my current POS?
Most stores go live in 1-3 weeks. The team imports your catalog and customer list from systems like Square, Clover, Lightspeed or Heartland, usually overnight.
Can I manage multiple stores?
Yes. Run multiple locations from one back office with per-store pricing and inventory, plus a five-tier role hierarchy and custom roles.
Is my store data private and secure?
Every record is scoped to your organization and store, access is permission-gated by role, and one tenant can never see another’s data.
