Camera Security
Per-station camera records a clip of every transaction — from the first item scanned through just after payment, so clip length follows the sale — and links it to the sale for back-office review. Includes 15 GB of cloud clip storage per store.
Customer Messaging (SMS + Email)
Customer-segment SMS and email campaigns: win-back, birthday, tier and one-off blasts, with opt-out handling and delivery reports. Loyalty points, tiers and customer insights are included on every plan.
Tobacco Compliance
Altria, RJR, and ITG manufacturer compliance + reimbursement programs. Daily SFTP scan-data submission, real-time per-pack buydown engine driven by Altria APIs (Price Promotion + Loyalty Fund Allowances), per-LID PVD offers, EAIV (Electronic Age + Identity Verification), and digital coupon delivery. Replaces monthly mail-in coupon batches with same-week digital reimbursement.
Invoice Scanning
AI-powered invoice OCR that matches a vendor invoice to your catalog and receives it to inventory, plus the invoice scanner inbox, scheduled vendor feeds, price sheet reconciliation and automatic price change suggestions. Entering an invoice by hand and vendor ordering are included on every plan.
Grocery & Scale Features
Scale products, tare weights, ingredients, nutrition facts, WIC, and PLU types. Required for full grocery / deli / produce operations.
Accounting & P&L
Per-store financial accounts, chart of accounts, daily ledger view, monthly P&L reports, and accounts-payable invoice settlement. Auto-feeds from existing sales/lottery/fuel/vendor-payment data; tax + bottle deposits + lottery payouts surface as a separate Liability Tracking callout. Bank integration (Plaid) is a future phase — V1 is manual entry + auto-feed.
POS Integrations
Connect Storeveu to your forecourt site controller (Verifone Commander) to replace your legacy back-office — sync fuel + store transactions, tank levels, and price book between the site and Storeveu. Gilbarco Passport and NCR support coming next.

Third-Party Processing
Run the platform with a card processor other than Storeveu. Charged monthly per store for as long as the store processes elsewhere, and stops when the store moves onto Storeveu processing.
AI Assistant
Floating chat widget on portal + cashier-app for feature help, live-store Q&A, and AI-generated promotion suggestions for slow-moving inventory.
StoreVeu Exchange
B2B trading network between Storeveu stores. Send wholesale POs to partners, receive orders, settle balances on a regular cadence.
Multi-Store Dashboard

Voice Support (Amazon Connect)
