Altria, RJR, and ITG manufacturer compliance + reimbursement programs. Daily SFTP scan-data submission, real-time per-pack buydown engine driven by Altria APIs (Price Promotion + Loyalty Fund Allowances), per-LID PVD offers, EAIV (Electronic Age + Identity Verification), and digital coupon delivery. Replaces monthly mail-in coupon batches with same-week digital reimbursement.
Voice Support (Amazon Connect)
Embedded Amazon Connect softphone in the admin panel. Inbound DID + queue routing, in-browser CCP via WebRTC, agent state management, call history with recordings, and customer Rolodex with phone-number lookup.
Accounting & P&L
Per-store financial accounts, chart of accounts, daily ledger view, monthly P&L reports, and accounts-payable invoice settlement. Auto-feeds from existing sales/lottery/fuel/vendor-payment data; tax + bottle deposits + lottery payouts surface as a separate Liability Tracking callout. Bank integration (Plaid) is a future phase — V1 is manual entry + auto-feed.

Yes. The Storeveu POS terminal is offline-first. It uses IndexedDB to cache your product catalog locally, so your cashier app keeps working even if the internet drops. Transactions sync automatically when connectivity is restored.
