Do I need an add-on to see this?
No. Coupon Reconciliation is free on every plan, under Reports & Analytics in the sidebar. If it is hidden, your role may not hold the coupons permission, which an owner or admin can grant.
Does it include the ad-hoc vendor coupons cashiers key in?
Yes. Both the ad-hoc vendor coupons and the cataloged tobacco coupons appear in the same ledger.
Does marking a coupon submitted mail anything?
No. It only updates the status so you can track your batch. You still physically mail the coupons to the clearinghouse, this is your record of having done so.
Can I reconcile a specific brand or date range?
Yes. Filter by date range, status, or a search on serial, brand or transaction, then export just that set.
